SHEN ZHEN, China, Jan. 12 - Apex Wealth Enterprises Limited (OTC Bulletin Board: APXWF) announced today that it received official approval from the British Virgin Islands Company Registrar to change the company's name. The company's new name is "China Security and Surveillance Technology Inc." ("China Security"). As soon as possible, the company shall make the appropriate filings to trade under the new name and to receive a new trading symbol.
