The Form 10-K includes the report of Deloitte & Touche LLP, its independent registered public accounting firm, with respect to the company's financial statements for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2005. The report of Deloitte & Touche LLP included an explanatory paragraph regarding the company's ability to continue as a going concern.
