The first steps to positioning Charlotte as a center for research and innovation are already in place with the development of a 350-acre North Carolina Research Campus well underway. The complex will house an initial 311,000 square foot building including a core laboratory, a state-of-the-art contract manufacturing biogenic facility and tenants. The initiative to build the research park comes at an opportune time for Destum Partners as they move forward with their mandate to build a stronger life science community in the Charlotte area.
