DETROIT, Jan. 10 // -- It's North American International Auto Show time and as part of its free coffee giveaway program for those serving our community, Dunkin' Donuts today announced Wednesday, January 17 as Unionized Auto Workers Appreciation Day.
From 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., all auto workers affiliated with a union can receive a FREE, large freshly brewed coffee, including their choice of many available flavors, at any participating Dunkin' Donuts in Michigan, simply by showing their ID cards or work badges.
"The area's auto workers are often overlooked and do a remarkable job to keep the industry running," said Nick Spencer, Dunkin' Donuts Marketing Manager. "We want to thank them with a free cup of coffee and keep them running throughout the day as the cars they build do for us."
The appreciation day for unionized auto workers is the fifth in a series, between now and December 2007, where Dunkin' Donuts thanks the area's hard working, dedicated individuals who serve our communities.
