Flow Completes Korea Investigation and Schedules Conference Call

KENT, Wash., March 29 /-/ -- Flow International Corporation (Nasdaq: FLOW), the world's leading developer and manufacturer of industrial waterjet machines used for cutting and cleaning applications around the world, announced that it has completed its investigation into irregularities at its small Korean operation and is filing its Form 10-Q with the Securities and Exchange Commission for the quarter ending January 31, 2007, bringing the Company back into compliance with NASDAQ's listing criteria. In addition, the Company is filing an amended Form 10-K/A for the fiscal year ended April 30, 2006, as well as amended Form 10-Qs for the quarters ended July 31 and October 31, 2006.
