Microsoft Dynamics customers gain instant access to business documents using Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 as their universal document

     storage facility

CHANDLER, Ariz., March 11 // -- ImageTag, Inc., developer of KwikTag(R), a document imaging solution for Microsoft Dynamics announces that its new V4.0 is fully-integrated with Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007. KwikTag's integration with Office SharePoint Server 2007 is substantiated by research findings and supports Microsoft's initiatives to connect people, business processes and information. V4.0 is designed to boost document management efficiency and maximize customer return on investment (ROI).

V4.0 supports industry standard three-way matching of financial documents and uses Office SharePoint Server 2007 as the repository for business documents. This functionality enables customers to instantly retrieve all supporting documents related to any transaction or record in their existing Microsoft Dynamics solution. Customers gain universal access to documents to efficiently investigate, manage and resolve accounting exceptions in real-time.

-- KwikTag's integration with Office SharePoint Server 2007 is

     substantiated by research findings.

Findings from a recent ImageTag customer survey revealed that a growing majority of Microsoft Dynamics customers are adopting SharePoint products and technologies to support their enterprise portal requirements. KwikTag's ability to store documents in Office SharePoint Server 2007 complements this trend by allowing customers to maximize their IT investments. Further, according to research by AMR, 85% of employees do not have a license to access critical information, such as customer data, costs, orders, and schedules that are managed in their ERP Applications. Microsoft is helping to address this issue for documents that are relevant to business management solutions through integration with Office SharePoint Server 2007. KwikTag is following the same path by making it much easier to capture, retrieve, view and share imaged documents via a web browser. V4.0 enables customers to access paper invoices and other electronic documents outside of the Microsoft Dynamics full client application.

-- KwikTag integration with SharePoint Server 2007 supports a connected

     business.

"Microsoft Dynamics is committed to creating business applications that work the way people do, which means helping companies connect people across their organization with the business processes and information they need to be successful," said Errol Schoenfish, director of product management, Microsoft Dynamics GP at Microsoft. "We are pleased to have KwikTag supporting that commitment through its compatibility with Microsoft Dynamics Office for SharePoint Server 2007, and seeing the value it brings to its customers." Integration with Office SharePoint Server 2007 allows users outside Microsoft Dynamics to retrieve imaged documents that were captured in KwikTag, providing companies an opportunity to extend business relevant documents to other areas of the business. Users throughout the enterprise can conveniently self-serve and expedite internal processes more efficiently.

-- KwikTag integration with Office SharePoint Server 2007 supports

     industry standards to boost efficiency.

ImageTag designed KwikTag to support industry-standard three-way matching capability, giving customers access to all supporting docs for accounting transactions, before or after payment. "Many organizations invest significant time to gather physical documents, and then meet to determine how issues will be resolved," commented Brenda Pletcher, Systems Analyst, Teletouch Communications. KwikTag continues to replace the old way paper is processed, giving users instant access to documents with a single mouse click. Since implementing KwikTag, Teletouch Communications has streamlined processes for multiple sites that resulted in corporate-wide efficiency. "ImageTag boosts our efficiency with every new release of KwikTag. We're looking forward to this new version because true to form, V4.0 considers the human element and the way we manage paper."

-- KwikTag integration with Office SharePoint Server 2007 maximizes

     customer ROI.

"Given the tens or even hundreds of thousands of dollars spent on ERP deployments, it's paramount that customers maximize their ROI," said Steve Irons, president and CEO, ImageTag. "KwikTag extends the ROI on Microsoft Dynamics by automating the related paper-based processes, and our Office SharePoint Server 2007 support pushes that benefit out to the enterprise."

KwikTag V4.0 demonstrates ImageTag's commitment to its customers. Development is driven by customer and market feedback, and the company is devoted to applying its technological expertise to optimize how customers process paper within their Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions.
