VANCOUVER, Sept. 20 - - Twenty-two new designers from VCCs fashion
arts program are preparing to highlight their work in a special year-end
graduate show planned for this weekend on Granville Island. The evening
promises to bring together an exciting combination of themes in an incredible
array of colour and fabrics.
VCCs fashion arts program, long recognized for producing creative and
skilled designers for the local and international fashion industries, expanded
its facilities and launched a new two-year diploma program this fall.
This year's graduating class includes several students from Vancouver,
Burnaby, North Vancouver and Port Coquitlam.
