Inc. (TSX: MDF) will hold its 2007 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders,
where Mr. Denis Gadbois, President and Chief Executive Officer and Mrs.
Catherine Allard, Chief Financial Officer will comment Mediagrif's fiscal 2007
performance and that of the first quarter of the current fiscal year. Mr. Léon
Courville, Chairman of the Board, will preside the Meeting.
