The Land segment engages in the acquisition of large tracts of raw land; planning, entitlement, and infrastructure development; and the sale of entitled land and/or developed lots to homebuilders; and commercial, industrial, and institutional end-users.
The Other Operations segment consists of Levitt Commercial, an investment in Bluegreen Corporation, which acquires, develops, and markets vacation ownership interests in resorts; investments in joint ventures; and other real estate interests, as well as holding company operations.
Levitt Corporation was organized in 1982 and is headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
