Macquarie Infrastructure Company Trust (MICT), through its subsidiary, Macquarie Infrastructure Company LLC, engages in the investment, ownership, and operation of a diversified group of infrastructure businesses in the United States and internationally.

The company, through its subsidiaries, engages in the operation of fixed-based operations (FBO), which provide fuel, de-icing, aircraft parking, hangar, and other services in the United States.

MICT also provides airport parking services that include off-airport parking services, as well as ground transportation to and from the parking facilities and the airport terminals.

In addition, it provides district cooling to approximately 98 customers in Chicago, Illinois, as well as district heating and cooling to a single customer outside of downtown Chicago and to the Aladdin Resort and Casino located in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Further, the company owns a 50% interest in a shadow toll road located in the United Kingdom, pursuant to a concession agreement with the U.

K. Government.

As of March 31, 2005, MICT operated 17 FBO and 1 heliport, as well as 24 off-airport parking facilities.
