Communication Services segment offers both agent and automated services.

Agent services include volume transaction processing capabilities, including order processing, customer acquisition, customer retention, and customer care; and agent communication services.

The company also provides automated services, such as automated credit card activation, prepaid calling card services, automated product information requests, answers to frequently asked questions, utility power outage reporting, and call routing and call transfer services.

It operates a network of customer contact centers, and automated voice and data processing centers in the United States, Canada, India, Jamaica, and the Philippines.

The Conferencing Services segment offers a suite of audio, video, and Web conferencing services, as well as interactive Web-casting services.

It has operating facilities in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, and New Zealand.

The Receivables Management segment involves in first party collections; contingent/ third-party collections; governmental collections; commercial collections; and purchasing and collecting charged-off consumer and commercial debt that include defaulted obligations of individuals and companies to credit originators.

It provides services for various organizations, including the U.

S. Department of Education and other governmental agencies, as well as operates facilities in the United States, Jamaica, and Mexico.

The company was founded by Mary E.

West in 1986 and is headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska.
