Innotrac Corporation provides order processing, order fulfillment, and call center services to large corporations that outsource these functions.

The company offers a range of fulfillment services, such as warehouse management technology, automated shipping solutions, inventory tracking and order status, purchasing and inventory management, channel development, zone skipping for shipment cost reduction, product sourcing and procurement, packaging solutions, back-order management, and returns management.

It also provides various customer support services that comprise inbound call center services, technical support and order status, returns and refunds processing, call centers integrated into fulfillment platform, cross-sell/up-sell services, collaborative chat, and e-mail response.

As of March 31, 2005, Innotrac operated eight fulfillment centers and two call centers in six cities in the continental United States.
