As of April 30, 2004, the trust owned, through a partnership interest in RRF Limited Partnership, six hotels with approximately 940 suites in Arizona, southern California, and New Mexico.
The trust’s hotels are branded through franchise agreements and are trademarked as InnSuites Hotels.
It operates hotels as studio and two room suite hotels that offer services, such as free breakfast buffets and complementary afternoon social hours, as well as amenities that include microwave ovens, refrigerators, free high speed Internet access, and coffee makers in each studio or two room suites.
The trust also engages in various operations incidental to the operation of hotels, such as the operation of restaurants and meeting/banquet room rentals.
InnSuites Hospitality Trust was founded in 1971 and is based in Phoenix, Arizona.
