The Sands Regent, through its wholly owned subsidiaries, operates casinos and tourist-based facilities.

It owns and operates the Sands Regency Casino Hotel (SRCH) in downtown Reno, Nevada; the Gold Ranch Casino and RV Resort in Verdi, Nevada; and Rail City Casino in Sparks, Nevada.

SRCH has a selection of gaming alternatives, including 600 slot machines, 19 table games, keno, bingo, and a sportsbook.

Its resort complex has 832 hotel rooms, including 29 suites, a health spa, and an outdoor swimming pool.

The dining options at the Sands Regent include Tony Roma’s restaurant; Cabana Café, a coffee house/deli-style restaurant; and Antonia’s, an Italian buffet.

The facility also includes an entertainment cabaret, three cocktail lounges, a comedy club, and a convention and meeting space.

As of June 30, 2004, Gold Ranch offered approximately 252 slot machines, 2 restaurants, 2 bars, a 105-space RV park, a California lottery station, an ARCO gas station, a convenience store, and a Jack-in-the-Box restaurant, which is leased to a third party.

Rail City has 634 gaming space housing slots, 6 table games, keno, a sportsbook, a 24-hour family-style restaurant, and a bar.

The company was incorporated in Nevada in 1965 and is based in Reno, Nevada.
